To whom it may concern;

I would like to take a moment if I may and say thanks.

I recently purchased a 2009 Suzuki GSXR 750 from Bert's and would like to tell you about my experience with your salesman Niell Johnson.

It started out with a phone call while I was at work one day. I had called and spoke with Neill about purchasing a new bike. Neill politely took care of my questions and concerns. We began the process with a credit check. From there it took me a couple of days to actually make it in to the dealership. Never once did I receive a pushy call trying to get me in to the dealership. Neill simply called to say that he would be there to take care of me and answer any question I may have had. And boy was there a lot of them. When I finally made it in, Neill greeted me very professionally and stated he was happy to meet.

I picked out a bike (a 2009 Suzuki GSXR 750 new). We worked on a tentative deal and could not come to terms at that time. A few days went by and I just could not get out of my mind the awesome customer service he had displayed. I spoke with Neill for a few days back and forth and decided it was not the time to buy. I had told him that it just wasn't going to happen and apologized to him for taking up his time. Again with great care and concern Neill simply said that he would be there when and if I was ready.
So a couple of weeks went by and things changed for for me. I decided that calling Neill was going to be the way to go. With some doubt in my mind about whether he would work with me again or not I called. He remembered me and was that impressive. He even still had my file. (I was greatly impressed).

I went to the dealership the next morning and went home that afternoon with my bike. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism, courteousness, and GREAT customer service displayed by Neill Johnson. After buying other bikes form places like Chaparral, Mountain Motorsports, and others, there clearly is NO comparison. Bert's Mega Mall is awesome and I will give rave reviews and recommendations to the crew there and especially Neill Johnson.

You have a great representative in Neill and, I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for the work he does there.

Gentlemen,

I returned my survey in the mail a couple of days ago but there just wasn't enough room to really convey my experience with Bert's. Please add this to my survey response.

2009 Yamaha VX Cruiser WaveRunner®I want to take a few minutes of your time to congratulate you on having such a professional and dedicated sales representative on your staff. I recently bought a new 2009 Yamaha VX Cruiser WaveRunner® and had the pleasure of dealing with Neill Johnson. We mostly negotiated the price over the telephone and through emails. I explained to him a previous experience I had at my local dealership and told him that I was willing to give Bert's my business because I was so disappointed at my previous dealer. He said that he would do his best to earn my business and loyalty. Neill was very patient and courteous at all times and very helpful when I had questions regarding some of the features I was looking for in a personal watercraft. We worked out the details over the phone and I came in on a Saturday to finalize the deal. He was just as courteous and pleasant in person as he was on the phone. He also took the time to show me a similar WaveRunner® to the one I was purchasing and explain all the things I needed clarification on.

A few days after our deal was completed, I was irritated to find that I had missed an offer that Yamaha was offering on new WaveRunner® purchases. I called Neill and explained the situation to him and he said he would do his best to make me a satisfied customer. Low and behold, he came through for me AFTER our deal had been signed. Bert's and Neill in particular now have my loyalty. In a year or so, when I am ready for my second WaveRunner® I will give Neill a call. Congratulations again and make sure to keep Neill on your staff because I will be looking for him when the time comes. Please pass along my greetings and gratitude to Neill.

All in all, I have to say that my experience with the Bert's staff was very pleasant and easy. From Scotty in the delivery department, to Zarlie who helped me with scheduling the pick up when Neill was out on vacation. All were extremely professional, polite and as courteous as can be. I have already recommended Bert's and Neill to other family members and I will shop at Bert's for my toys and supplies from now on.

Can-Am ATVs in Stock!I found Bert’s and Amy on E-bay in July of 09’, picked up the phone and made a quick call before bidding on the Can-Am I wanted on E-bay and I’m glad I did. Amy was amazing, had the Can-Am Outlander in the color I wanted, the best deal anywhere in the country and made the process incredibly easy. I just bought a second Can-Am from Amy this week and have referred several other "Mud Racers" to ya'll since I bought the first one in July.

Why are guys from Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi and other places buying from Amy & Bert’s when we have dealers in our own City?? Because Amy takes care of us, doesn’t "play games", has incredible pricing... That’s why!!

"...Attached you will find the Purchase and Delivery Satisfaction Survey that was recently completed. I understand the questionnaire gives you a snapshot of the performance of your team, but I would like to take a moment and go beyond that.

First and foremost, would like to tip my hat to Neal Johnson who primarily handled the pricing and negotiation of the sale. We had purchased two Polaris ATV's from Neal in July 2009, so prior to our recent purchase we had done a little homework and had some discussions with Neal, but utimately based on the way Neal handled our previous deal, I was willing to give Neal last look on any deal we felt good with - and all in all, Neal was able to get us to the price we wanted and we were able to complete the sale of a 3rd ATV in less than 6 months. Neal was very patient, yet eager to make the sale and feel both parties could call it a win-win. Neal did an awesome job and will recommend any friends and family members to Neal for their "toy" needs.

Mega Service CenterWould also like to take a moment and thank Johnathan and Jeff in the Finance department who were able to have all the paperwork prepped prior to our arrival and made the transaction very smooth for my wife when she arrived since she is not one to like to sit thru paperwork... even she was surprised. In addition, due to a minor set-back caused by our bank-card company, Jeff was very patient and understanding was we corrected an apparent mis-understanding that was unexpected, which allowed us to finalize the closure of the deal.

Mega Scooter Center"Dear Myke Caruso,

I recently came into Bert's for some repairs on my Lance Vintage motor scooter. The bike only had about 400 miles on it and was experiencing some vibration issues. Josh Elrod, one of your service technicians, initially told me that the work on the bike was not covered under warranty. He told me that he would call me back with an estimate for the repairs and would see what he could do.

The next day I got a call from Josh informing me that there was a problem with the clutch. The only other thing wrong with the bike was a burn out bulb in the speedometer housing, which he told me was also not covered. I authorized the work and Josh, once again told me he would see what he could do.

When I went in to pick up the bike a few days later I was told by the cashier that there was no charge. I asked to speak with Josh and he told me that although the work was not covered under warranty he spoke with the representative for Lance Motorcycles and they covered the cost under good faith ruling.

I just wanted to extned my thanks to Josh for his excellent customer service and attention to detail. I realize that hedidn't have to dowhat he did but that extra effort will not be forgotten. I have already shared this story of goodwill with sevear others emphasizing your excellent customer service."

I would first like to start by saying "Thank You" to you and your staff.

Anthony (tony), was great in being there for us to answer any questions, without crowding Jessica. She likes space and to be left to make her decisions. He is a great kid and I'm sure he will grow to be a great sales person and asset to your company.

Max, had all the answers and did his job fantastically. A little strong some times, But I do know sales and business. You don't make sales if your not persistent and confidant. Max was both of those.

Brittany, That girl just makes you want to be happy. The second Jessie and I met her we felt at home. You have definitely got the right person by your side! I was nervous that you, Max and Tony had the day off, But when I walked into the showroom, Brittany greeted us and we all hung out for a few. We instantly started having a great time.

Zarli, The woman is amazing ! She was there right by our side, explaining everything and answering everything Jessie and I had to ask. She is so polite and professional. She took us to each department ie: finance, parts, pick up, etc. and when we were done. She was ready to get us to the next stop. What a credit to your staff she is.

Mike, Parts and accessories, Very cool, went over everything that we might need on the water, I just sold my other boat, so I did have most of the items, I did get the 7 into 5 flat for trailer, boat cover and cf #'s.

I will definitely be back to buy new vests and etc. I just want to customize everything and buy the right colors. He was very professional and new his stuff.

To whom it may concern;

I would like to take a moment if I may and say thanks.

I recently purchased a 2009 Suzuki GSXR 750 from Bert's and would like to tell you about my experience with your salesman Niell Johnson.

It started out with a phone call while I was at work one day. I had called and spoke with Neill about purchasing a new bike. Neill politely took care of my questions and concerns. We began the process with a credit check. From there it took me a couple of days to actually make it in to the dealership. Never once did I receive a pushy call trying to get me in to the dealership. Neill simply called to say that he would be there to take care of me and answer any question I may have had. And boy was there a lot of them. When I finally made it in, Neill greeted me very professionally and stated he was happy to meet.

I picked out a bike (a 2009 Suzuki GSXR 750 new). We worked on a tentative deal and could not come to terms at that time. A few days went by and I just could not get out of my mind the awesome customer service he had displayed. I spoke with Neill for a few days back and forth and decided it was not the time to buy. I had told him that it just wasn't going to happen and apologized to him for taking up his time. Again with great care and concern Neill simply said that he would be there when and if I was ready.
So a couple of weeks went by and things changed for for me. I decided that calling Neill was going to be the way to go. With some doubt in my mind about whether he would work with me again or not I called. He remembered me and was that impressive. He even still had my file. (I was greatly impressed).

I went to the dealership the next morning and went home that afternoon with my bike. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism, courteousness, and GREAT customer service displayed by Neill Johnson. After buying other bikes form places like Chaparral, Mountain Motorsports, and others, there clearly is NO comparison. Bert's Mega Mall is awesome and I will give rave reviews and recommendations to the crew there and especially Neill Johnson.

You have a great representative in Neill and, I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for the work he does there.

Gentlemen,

I returned my survey in the mail a couple of days ago but there just wasn't enough room to really convey my experience with Bert's. Please add this to my survey response.

2009 Yamaha VX Cruiser WaveRunner®I want to take a few minutes of your time to congratulate you on having such a professional and dedicated sales representative on your staff. I recently bought a new 2009 Yamaha VX Cruiser WaveRunner® and had the pleasure of dealing with Neill Johnson. We mostly negotiated the price over the telephone and through emails. I explained to him a previous experience I had at my local dealership and told him that I was willing to give Bert's my business because I was so disappointed at my previous dealer. He said that he would do his best to earn my business and loyalty. Neill was very patient and courteous at all times and very helpful when I had questions regarding some of the features I was looking for in a personal watercraft. We worked out the details over the phone and I came in on a Saturday to finalize the deal. He was just as courteous and pleasant in person as he was on the phone. He also took the time to show me a similar WaveRunner® to the one I was purchasing and explain all the things I needed clarification on.

A few days after our deal was completed, I was irritated to find that I had missed an offer that Yamaha was offering on new WaveRunner® purchases. I called Neill and explained the situation to him and he said he would do his best to make me a satisfied customer. Low and behold, he came through for me AFTER our deal had been signed. Bert's and Neill in particular now have my loyalty. In a year or so, when I am ready for my second WaveRunner® I will give Neill a call. Congratulations again and make sure to keep Neill on your staff because I will be looking for him when the time comes. Please pass along my greetings and gratitude to Neill.

All in all, I have to say that my experience with the Bert's staff was very pleasant and easy. From Scotty in the delivery department, to Zarlie who helped me with scheduling the pick up when Neill was out on vacation. All were extremely professional, polite and as courteous as can be. I have already recommended Bert's and Neill to other family members and I will shop at Bert's for my toys and supplies from now on.

Can-Am ATVs in Stock!I found Bert’s and Amy on E-bay in July of 09’, picked up the phone and made a quick call before bidding on the Can-Am I wanted on E-bay and I’m glad I did. Amy was amazing, had the Can-Am Outlander in the color I wanted, the best deal anywhere in the country and made the process incredibly easy. I just bought a second Can-Am from Amy this week and have referred several other "Mud Racers" to ya'll since I bought the first one in July.

Why are guys from Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi and other places buying from Amy & Bert’s when we have dealers in our own City?? Because Amy takes care of us, doesn’t "play games", has incredible pricing... That’s why!!
