"We went to two dealers in our area and neither one of them even acknowledged we were there!! I went home disappointed and decided to look online to see who else was out there. Poor guy we drug him around the PWC's for at least four hours. Asking every question at least 5 times!! He hung in there with a smile. "I went in because i needed a helmet and ,first I called to find out about a price match and Tim answered the phone and he was really cool and helpful,he said yes come and see me and I will match the price,so I came in and being that it had being a phone quote I did't have anything in writing,so the retail parts director (Jason H.) came to talk to me and eplained that the price match had steps to follow and dispite my frustration he kept his cool and told me that the price march was not possible but he gave me a discount and told me that the next day they would check the placed i was trying to price match and if it was correct they would call me and refound money into my card. I paid ,left and I really thought it was not going to happen and when I was at work I recived a call from Tim telling me that they had called the place and asked me if I wanted to come in or give a card over the phone to put the money back in it? . I am really satisfied and I really am impressed for the honesty and for going the extra mile to make a customer happy. Thank you and you have my business for the long run."
