that the tangible personal property described herein which I will purchase from Bert's Mega Mall, Covina, CA., will be resold by me in the form of tangible personal property; provided, however, that in the event any of such property is used for any purpose other than retention, demonstration, or display while holding it for sale in the regular course of business, it is understood that I am required by Sales and Use Tax Law to report and pay tax, measured by the purchase price of such property or other authorized amount.

For Your Information: A person may be guilty of a misdemeanor under Revenue and Taxation Code section 6094.5 if the purchaser knows at the time of purchase that he or she will not resell the purchased item prior to any use (other than retention, demonstration, or display while holding it for resale) and he or she furnishes a resale certificate to avoid payment to the seller of an amount as tax. Additionally, a person misuing a resale certificate for personal gain or to evade the payment of tax is liable, for each purchase, for the tax that would have been due, plus a penalty of 10 percent of the tax or $500, whichever is more.

•	Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Ordering:
•	Have your dealer number (your phone number without area code)
•	Have all part numbers ready when placing orders. Microfiche, manuals, catalogs, and other support materials are available upon request.
•	Orders are shipped on a first come, first serve basis. Orders placed before 2:00pm most likely will ship the same day.
•	After an order is placed it is immediately processed. Once an order has begun processing additional part numbers cannot be added to the order. A new order will have to be opened.

Will Call Orders:
•	Hours for Will Call Orders/Pick-Ups are: Monday-Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm (pick-ups before 10:00am require prior day notification), Saturday and Sunday - closed.
•	Have all part numbers ready when placing orders. Microfiche, manuals, catalogs, and other support materials are available upon request.
•	Orders are shipped on a first come, first serve basis. Orders placed before 2:00pm most likely will ship the same day.

Cancellations:
•	Cancellation of processed orders/pick-ups may result in a 20% re-stocking fee.
•	Cancellation of special orders that are processed and en route to Bert's Wholesale will result in a 20% re-stocking fee.

Shipping and Handling:
•	All shipping and handling charges are paid by the customer.
•	Express delivery available upon request.
•	"Account on hold" status will be applied to any account with a refused delivery until additional freight charges are paid.

Payment:
•	Bert's Wholesale only accepts credit card for payment: Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express
•	No C.O.D.'s
•	No Personal Checks

Receiving:
•	All packages must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
•	Damage claims must be filed with the carrier.
•	Shortages must be reported to Bert's Wholesale within 48 hours of delivery.
•	Bert's Wholesale is not responsible for any part numbers that have superceded to a new number at a higher price. Bert's Wholesale does not guaranteee pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns:
•	A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
•	Tools, manuals, decals, inner tubes, mounted tires, carb parts, electrical parts, opened parts or parts mission original packaging cannot be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS.
•	Returns must be received at Bert's Wholesale no later than 7 days of notification date.
•	In order to allow us to meet our vendors return policy we ask that you DO NOT make any markings or adhere any labels or tape to original packing.

Bert's Wholesale sells only to approved motorcycle/ATV/watercraft retail businesses operating on a full time basis in an established permanent business location. Approved dealers must provide a state resale number of state business license. Approval of accounts shall be as the sole discretion of Bert's. Accounts may be modified or closed at any time, with our without cause. State tax will be applied to any account without proper documents.
